How does this affect your relationships?

Every temperament has strengths (positives) and weaknesses (negatives) which reflect how we relate (react, discuss, listen, respond) to others---especially the one who is most significant in our life! (More later about why this is the person who affects us most of all. positively as well as negatively).

Temperament strengths are ways of interacting with others, which make us likable, attractive, emotionally comfortable and socially successful.  These are socially acceptable behaviors which contribute, rather than interfere with our personal and social life.

Weaknesses are (often) strengths which have become extreme, creating conflicting social interaction and personal dysfunction.  Left unchecked and uncontrolled, the weaknesses influence our relationships more than our strengths and continually disrupt all positive things happening in a relationship.
